My Background

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and behavioral change specialist, I go beyond simply providing workouts. I help clients develop sustainable, healthy habits that integrate seamlessly into their daily lives.


My approach centers on understanding the body as a system; how stress, recovery, mindset, and consistency interact over time. Together, we assess where you are now, clarify where you want to go, and create practical, realistic strategies that support long-term progress without burnout.


Before coaching, I spent years working as a professional stunt performer in film and television, a career that demands precision, resilience, and deep respect for the body. I’ve performed and doubled on major productions including Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, She-Hulk, Hawkeye, Loki, and They Cloned Tyrone, and I’ve doubled for artists and actors such as Issa Rae and Megan Thee Stallion.


That background directly informs how I coach. In stunt work, performance isn’t about aesthetics; it’s about capacity, control, recovery, and trust in your body under pressure. Injuries, stress, and burnout aren’t theoretical; they’re real risks that require intelligent training, nervous system regulation, and disciplined recovery.


Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after time away, or training toward a specific goal, my role is to provide structure, accountability, and clarity while teaching you how to build consistency and move forward with confidence on your own.


My goal is not for you to rely on me indefinitely, but to graduate feeling capable, informed, and empowered in your fitness and lifestyle choices.

Private Coaching for Women

I offer 1:1 private strength and behavioral change coaching for women who want sustainable results without burnout. Coaching can take place in a variety of environments, including clients homes, private gyms, apartment/condo fitness centers, or remotely studio base training options can be discussed during the consultation to ensure they're the best fit.

Group Training

I also coach group strength classes in Atlanta. Group classes offer an energizing, community-based training experience in a great way to get familiar with my coaching style.
